How I healed Myself

When people ingest too many acidic foods, excess acid corrodes tissues and organs, which leads to illness. Disclaimer: This site is not medical advice. Health is a journey, go as slow as you need to. Just remember you are worth it. Love yourself to health every step of the way. Don't beat yourself up for mistakes, just pick up where you left off. Keep moving forward no matter how long it takes. Remember, "Practice Makes Perfect." You can do it!!

You will heal on a plant based diet. Even if you eat some cooked foods. There are many levels of health on your way up the mountain of health. You can baby step. You will still heal. You don't have to jump "all in."

Personally, I eat raw till dinner and then have a healthy Alkaline cooked dinner. I'm not perfect. But. I definitely don't touch the foods that caused me to get sick any more. They are also triggers that can cause a spiral effect back down the mountain.
So, just remember, practice makes perfect. If you fall 9 times, get up 10. Love yourself to health. Don't beat yourself up for mistakes. The body speaks to you. Listen to it. You are worth it. And, don't forget, this is a personal journey. Nobody has to join in with you. But, believe me, once you heal, people will be asking how. And they will want to join in. Happy healing friends!!!

To me, the word "healthcare" has absolutely NOTHING to do with hospitals or insurance policies. It has EVERYTHING to do with CARING about your HEALTH on a day to day basis. Health care includes eating more fruits and vegetables, exercising, spending time in nature, meditating, praying, giving back, laughing, and loving. There's no magic pill that can cure you.
